Warranty Policy:

However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer a warranty on our painting services after the completion of the job.

In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with the work we have done, please contact us within one week of completion of the job. We will do our best to address any concerns you may have and make the necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Policy:
At Kolkata Painter, we do not offer a refund policy for our home painting services once the work has been completed. However, if you have made an advance payment and we have not started the work, we will provide a full refund.

Color Change Policy:
We understand that sometimes our customers may change their minds about the color of the paint they have selected. In such cases, we will be happy to provide the requested color change, but an additional cost will be incurred.

Performance Policy:
While we strive to deliver exceptional painting services, we cannot guarantee optimal performance in cases where dampness or construction defects are present. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues you may have and provide the best possible outcome for your painting project.

Payment Terms Policy:
Our payment terms policy is designed to ensure a smooth and timely payment process for both our clients and our company. As part of this policy, we require a 40% advance payment before commencing any work on a project. This payment is non-refundable and is required to secure the client's booking with our company.

The next 40% of the total amount is due at the time of color buying, which is an important milestone in the project. This payment is also non-refundable and is required to cover the costs associated with purchasing the necessary materials.

The remaining 20% of the total amount is due after the completion of all work and only when the client is fully satisfied with the project's outcome. This final payment is essential to cover any remaining costs and ensure that our company is compensated fairly for our time and effort.

Work Suspend Policy:
At our company, we understand the importance of meeting deadlines and delivering projects on time. As part of our commitment to this, we reserve the right to suspend work on a project if a client fails to make a scheduled payment.

If a client fails to make a payment as per the agreed schedule, our company will immediately suspend all work on the project until the payment is made. Once the payment is received, work will resume, and the project will be completed as soon as possible.

Please note that if work is suspended due to a client's failure to make a scheduled payment, we cannot guarantee the original deadline for project completion. Therefore, we urge our clients to ensure timely payments to avoid any unnecessary delays.

No Extra Work Policy:
Our company provides a detailed quote for each project, which outlines all the work that will be included in the project scope. Any work that is not specifically mentioned in the quote will not be covered as part of the project.

If a client requires additional work that is not included in the project scope, we will provide a quote for the additional work, including the estimated cost and timeline. The client will be required to approve the additional work and pay for it separately before we can commence work on it.
